Food that are spicy, have a strong odor, or can disturb others while chewing are not allowed inside the theatres (including hot soups and beverages).

No smoking, alcoholic beverages or betel nut chewing allowed. No glass bottles, metal cans or pets allowed.

Free admission is granted for children under the age of 2, provided that they do not occupy a seat and are accompanied by an adult (one adult is limited to bringing in one child for free). For children between age 2 to 12, child discount tickets must be purchased. For all children, note that entry to films is restricted by the appropriate film ratings. Due to limited seating, please confirm with staff personnel should your child not require seating. As a reminder, for children who have not purchased an admission ticket, no seating or 3D glasses will be provided (including general, D-Box, and 3D seats). Should 3D glasses be needed, these can be rented for an additional charge of NT50.

Refunds and exchange of tickets will not be accepted thirty minutes prior to showtime.

Tickets with assigned seating may not be exchanged.

Please make sure all your purchases are accounted for. Ambassador Theatres will not be responsible for any missing item once you have left the counter.

Photography and recording devices are prohibited inside the theatre.

Drunk and awash guests are not allowed in the theatre.

During the movie, please refrain from speaking loudly or putting your leg on the front seat.

Spitting betel nut, gum, seeds, and discharging bodily waste inside the theatre are strictly prohibited. Disruptive behavior in any form will not be tolerated.

Please place your trash into the trash can.
