由林正盛導演執導的1999年電影《天馬茶房》，帶領觀眾回到228引爆前的台灣，由戴立忍飾演天馬茶房老闆詹天馬，陳淑芳飾演菸販林江邁。林強飾演的知識青年阿進，與蕭淑慎飾演的劇團演員暖玉譜出戀曲嚮往未來，卻在政權轉移的浪潮中遭到無情的衝擊。而如今的台灣，依然在紛亂世道中從不放棄地追求著自己的選擇，《天馬茶房》將於2026年為紀念228限定上映，讓觀眾從過往的迷霧中堅定地展望未來，讓陳明章勇奪金馬獎最佳電影歌曲的《幸福進行曲》，再一次為台灣唱出唱未完的歌詩。
