五歲女兒芽衣意外過世後，鈴木佳恵（長澤雅美 飾）與丈夫鈴木忠彥（瀨戶康史 飾）陷入深深的悲痛之中。沉浸在哀傷裡的佳恵，在骨董市集裡發現了一個與芽衣極為相似、惹人憐愛的人偶——小禮，並將其視若珍寶，逐漸找回生活的元氣。當佳恵與忠彥迎來新的女兒——真衣。誕生後，兩人漸漸不再將心思放在人偶身上。然而，隨著真衣長到五歲，開始與那個人偶一起玩耍，家中接二連三發生詭異的事件。
